An exciting opportunity to join a growing, high-profile developer as Marketing Manager, working across a portfolio of premium developments and taking real ownership of marketing activity from start to finish. This is a hands-on, varied role within a lean and collaborative marketing team, giving you the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and have genuine visibility across the business.
The Role
- Managing marketing projects across a number of developments, with a broad remit covering:
- End-to-end project marketing and campaign management
- PR and corporate communications
- Managing photoshoots and content
- Event planning and delivery
- Developing relevant stories and PR opportunities
- Working with external agencies and stakeholders
- Supporting pitches and new project activity
- Visiting developments and attending meetings and events
About You
We're looking for a Marketing Manager with relevant property experience who understands the London market and can hit the ground running. You'll be organised, commercially minded and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, lean team. Strong PR, communications and project management experience will be highly valued.
