The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join a successful Notting Hill team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of London's most prestigious postcodes, managing quality properties and building relationships with discerning clients in a supportive, independent agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate lettings transactions from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Generate and convert new business through proactive prospecting and excellent customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and introducers
  • Register and qualify applicants, matching them with suitable properties
  • Manage the lettings process including referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-ins
  • Provide accurate market appraisals and rental valuations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local Notting Hill market and rental trends
  • Achieve individual and team targets whilst delivering exceptional service standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous lettings or estate agency experience (ideally within prime London markets)
