The Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join a successful Notting Hill team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of London’s most prestigious postcodes, managing quality properties and building relationships with discerning clients in a supportive, independent agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate lettings transactions from initial enquiry through to completion
- Generate and convert new business through proactive prospecting and excellent customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and introducers
- Register and qualify applicants, matching them with suitable properties
- Manage the lettings process including referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-ins
- Provide accurate market appraisals and rental valuations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local Notting Hill market and rental trends
- Achieve individual and team targets whilst delivering exceptional service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous lettings or estate agency experience (ideally within prime London markets)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and genuine passion for property
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high service standards
- Full UK driving licence preferred
