Are you a sharp, resilient person who gets things done?
If you're a natural problem-solver who likes being trusted to get things done, this could be the role for you. You'll work directly with two Directors, have real responsibility from day one and become a key part of a fast-paced, highly discreet business.
Responsibilities
- Managing busy diaries, meetings, travel and appointments
- Preparing documents, correspondence and presentations
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Managing emails, calls and day-to-day communications
- Coordinating meetings, visitors and internal/external stakeholders
- Assisting with projects, research and ad-hoc requests
- Keeping track of actions, deadlines and priorities
- Dealing confidently with unexpected issues and changing demands
- Providing general office and operational support when required
Who we're looking for
You’ll be a natural organiser and a serious doer. Someone who sees what needs doing and gets on with it.
You should be:
- Proactive, resourceful and highly organised
- Tough, resilient and able to work under pressure
- Exceptionally discreet and trustworthy
- A confident communicator with strong written English
- Comfortable dealing with senior people and sensitive information
- Able to prioritise and multitask without losing attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office
- Flexible, pragmatic and willing to roll up your sleeves
- Someone with drive, ambition and a genuine work ethic
Previous PA, executive assistant, office management or professional services experience is useful, but attitude, capability and resilience matter most.
The essentials
Location: Edgware, North London
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 5 days per week in the office
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Start: Immediate
