Sales Executive - Premium Housebuilder

Location: Watford
Role: Sales Executive (site-based)
Basic Salary: up to £32,000
OTE: c. £55,000+ (uncapped)
Working Pattern: 5 days per week
Hours: 10am-5pm

Overview

A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK\'s leading housebuilders at a newly launched development. This is a permanent, full-time site-based role focused on delivering an exceptional customer journey while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining a professional, high-quality presentation of the development
  • Conduct home demonstrations and handovers
  • Complete paperwork, CRM updates, and reporting in line with company processes
  • Work closely with mortgage brokers and solicitors to progress buyers efficiently
  • Maintain strong competitor and market knowledge within the local area

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience selling new homes or within property (estate agency backgrounds considered)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Confident using CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
