Love selling New Homes and ready to join a genuinely close-knit culture? Join a small, tight-knit team where people actually stay. Led by a manager who leads from the front, and gives full autonomy to run your site, your way, without a highly pressurised environment.
The role:
- As Sales Executive, you'll be running a single-manned site in Benson (just outside Wallingford, Oxfordshire).
- It's a new development at early stages, so you're not walking into a tired site with nothing left to sell.
- You'll have runway, momentum, and the chance to properly own it.
This role suits someone who:
- Is confident running their own site.
- Doesn't need hand-holding.
- Enjoys autonomy and being trusted to get on with it.
Renumeration:
- £35,000 basic OTE circa £60,000.
- Strong commission per plot (£500-£800).
The setup:
- Single-manned site (you run it like your own business).
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.
- Weekend working (as expected in new homes / property sales).
- Some flexibility with weekend cover across the team.
This is a contract role. Realistically, the site itself will run for 18-24 months, and you've got stability for the duration.
What we're looking for:
- Background in new homes sales, property sales, or estate agency.
- Someone who fits a team-first culture.
- Reliable, honest, and gets stuck in.
- Comfortable working independently on a site.
What you won't get here:
- Corporate nonsense.
- Constant pressure from above.
- Poor-quality product.
What you will get:
- A manager who actually supports you.
- A team that has each other's backs.
- A site you can genuinely take ownership of.
- Solid, realistic earning potential.
If you've been in new homes, site sales, or estate agency and you're fed up with where you are, this is one of those roles worth having a conversation about.
