Legal Progression Team Administrator Location: West London
Salary: £28-31,000

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Progression & Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Progression team across multiple developments
- Maintain accurate records on CRM systems, ensuring all key milestones are tracked
- Prepare and issue reservation documents, sales memoranda, and contract packs
- Monitor the progress of sales through key stages including instruction of solicitors, mortgage offers, exchange, and completion
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact for customers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers
- Proactively chase updates and outstanding documentation to keep transactions progressing
- Ensure clear and professional communication with customers throughout the process
- Escalate risks or delays where necessary
- Compliance & Process
- Ensure all files meet internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Support compliance with AML, consumer protection, and data protection standards
- Reporting & Support
- Produce reports on sales progression, exchange rates, and completion timelines
- Identify potential risks within the pipeline and highlight trends
- Support the wider sales and marketing teams with accurate data and insights
- General Administration
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and documentation within the team
- Provide additional administrative support during busy sales periods
About You
- Previous administrative experience within residential property, housebuilding, conveyancing, estate agency, or sales progression
- Understanding of the new-build sales process from reservation to completion
- Knowledge of conveyancing and mortgage processes (desirable)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering a positive experience
- Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines
