The role of a Sales Negotiator
- You will organise, conduct, and gather feedback from viewings on properties
- Registering new applicants
- Negotiate offers between the Vendor and Buyer
- Generate new business and new clients
- Book Valuation appointments
Package on offer (open to negotiating based upon experience)
- £20,000 Basic salary
- Car Allowance
- 10% commission structure that rises to 20%
- 3 month guaranteed salary
