The Role
You will manage the tenancy journey from offer agreed through to move-in, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and well-organised process for both residents and owners. Initially focused on new deals, the role will expand into renewals and wider tenancy coordination over time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Progressing new tenancies from offer through to move-in
- Coordinating and chasing referencing (credit, employment, landlord checks)
- Preparing tenancy agreements and supporting documentation
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are met (Right to Rent, deposits, certificates)
- Registering deposits and issuing prescribed information
- Managing communication with residents and owners throughout
- Coordinating inventories, check-ins, and handovers to property management
- Maintaining accurate records using systems such as Reapit and Goodlord
