We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a large industrial development project based in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health & safety standards, and ensuring works are delivered on programme and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily site activities and subcontractor management
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance across site
  • Managing programme and coordinating trades effectively
  • Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and progress meetings
  • Liaising with project management and reporting on progress
  • Maintaining quality control and site standards
  • Managing deliveries, logistics, and general site organisation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial projects
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Valid SMSTS CSCS Black Card (or equivalent)
  • First Aid at Work
  • Ability to manage fast-paced site operations independently

Desirable:

  • Experience delivering large-scale industrial/logistics schemes
  • Strong knowledge of structural and fit-out packages
