The Opportunity:
We\’re recruiting for a Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to join a brand-new development launch in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting project from day one, working with a developer who genuinely cares about creating affordable, quality homes and supporting first-time buyers onto the property ladder.
You\’ll be the face of the development – guiding customers through their home-buying journey with warmth, professionalism, and a consultative approach. This isn\’t just about hitting targets; it\’s about making a real difference to people\’s lives.
Responsibilities
- Selling shared ownership properties on a brand-new development
- Conducting viewings and explaining the shared ownership model with clarity and enthusiasm
- Building relationships with customers, guiding them from enquiry to completion
- Achieving quarterly sales targets and maximising conversion rates
- Delivering exceptional customer service that earns rave reviews
- Working collaboratively with the sales team and internal stakeholders
What’s On Offer
- £39,771 basic salary
- Up to £16,000 commission – paid quarterly (up to £4k per quarter based on targets)
- Commission structure under review – potential to become uncapped!

- Tuesday – Saturday (9:45am – 5:15pm) – Sundays & Mondays off!

What We\’re Looking For

This role is for experienced Shared Ownership Sales Consultants only. You\’ll need:
- Proven track record selling shared ownership properties – you know the process inside out
- Deep understanding of eligibility criteria, affordability calculations, and staircasing
- Experience managing the complex customer journey specific to shared ownership
- Confident liaising with housing associations, mortgage brokers, and solicitors
- Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in shared ownership
- Excellent communication skills and genuine passion for helping first-time buyers
- Vibrant, energetic personality with a consultative sales approach
You don’t need new build experience – but you MUST have sold shared ownership and understand the unique challenges and processes involved.
