My Client, a well-established family-run estate agency in Kennington, is looking to appoint a Senior Sales Negotiator as part of their exciting Lawyer expansion strategy. The Package
- Basic Salary: OTE: £50,000
- Personal Billing Target: £250,000
- Saturdays: 1 in 3 rotation

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting viewings and converting prospective buyers across the Kennington area
- Managing the full sales process from offer negotiation through to completion
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and local contacts
