What You'll Be Doing
- Sales Administration
- Maintain and update sales data within internal systems with a strong focus on accuracy
- Generate customer correspondence, reports, and documents using system data
- Carry out thorough checks to ensure all information is correct before being issued
- Keep key records up to date, including plot trackers, pricing schedules, and reservations
- Produce weekly and monthly reports using Excel
- Support HR administration such as holidays, absence tracking, rotas, and onboarding (equipment, PPE, uniform)
- Work collaboratively with site sales teams to gather and verify information
- Identify and correct discrepancies across data, pricing, and plot availability
- Monitor and manage a shared inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner
- Process cancellations, refunds, and financial documentation
- Review and approve invoices while maintaining accurate financial records
- Manage diary, meetings, and scheduling requirements
- Prepare presentations, reports, and internal updates
- Assist with general administrative tasks and coordination
- Support complaint handling where required
- Oversee document approvals (e.g. DocuSign), expenses, and invoicing for the sales team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales administration or data-intensive administrative role
- Strong Excel capability (confident producing reports and handling data)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Experience working with high volumes of information
- Ability to review, validate, and sense-check data
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator who can liaise effectively with internal teams
Desirable Experience
- Experience within housebuilding or property sales
- Familiarity with CRM or sales systems
- Previous experience producing reports directly from system data
