Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager (Build-to-Rent)

Role Overview: Join an expanding team overseeing a growing Build-to-Rent portfolio. As Senior Portfolio Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, client relationships, and a diverse team, ensuring the seamless delivery of services across multiple sites. Your role will encompass everything from mobilisation to leasing, estate management, compliance, and financial performance improvements. Strong leadership, operational efficiency, and client management skills are essential to drive results and deliver high standards for residents and clients.

Portfolio Overview:

Sites across the North West, Midlands, and Greater London
Work from home flexibility, with weekly travel to London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations for a large BtR portfolio, including leasing and estate management.
  • Oversee operational reporting, budget management, and cost efficiencies.
  • Lead mobilisation of new sites and ensure site-based H&S compliance.
  • Manage client relationships, including weekly calls and quarterly inspections.
  • Handle escalated complaints and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Manage and develop a team of senior managers, facilities, and estate managers.
