New Homes Sales Consultant – Rolling Temp Contract
Location: Oxford
Day Rate Equivalent: £32,000 (flexible for the right person) + commission (TBC on rate)
Contract: Rolling temp (approx. 12 months remaining on site)
Working Pattern: 1 weekend off per month
We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join a busy site with a well-respected, family-run developer. This is a rolling temp position until the site sells out, but with a strong pipeline of developments coming forward, there is real potential for longer-term opportunities.
The Role:

Selling new homes on a live development through to site completion.

Managing the full customer journey from enquiry to handover.

Delivering exceptional customer service while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Working weekends, with one weekend off per month.
