Salary: Up to £38,000 + OTE £60,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior New Homes Sales Consultant to join a prestigious development in East London. We\’re looking for a dynamic sales professional who can hit the ground running and deliver exceptional results.
About the Role:
As our Senior New Homes Sales Consultant, you\’ll be the face of our development, guiding potential buyers through their property journey from initial inquiry to completion. This is a hands‑on role where your sales expertise and personable approach will be key to achieving our ambitious targets.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years\’ new homes sales experience working for either a developer or agency
- Proven track record of converting leads and exceeding sales targets
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to build rapport and close deals
- Excellent administrative capabilities and attention to detail
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage your own time effectively
- Bubbly, enthusiastic personality with outstanding customer service skills
- Confidence working independently while contributing to team success
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the sales office and welcoming potential purchasers
- Conducting viewings and presenting properties with professionalism
- Negotiating sales and achieving monthly targets
- Maintaining accurate records and managing administrative duties
- Ensuring the show home and sales environment are always pristine
Package:
- Competitive salary up to £38,000
- Attractive OTE of £60,000
