An exciting opportunity has arisen for either a Sales Consultant or Senior Sales Consultant to join the sales team at one of London's most prestigious large-scale residential developments. This flagship, multi-phase scheme is already well established, with further phases planned over the coming years, providing excellent long-term career security and progression opportunities.

The Opportunity

Working as part of an experienced and high-performing sales team, you will be responsible for guiding purchasers through the full customer journey, from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion. The development attracts a diverse buyer profile, including domestic purchasers and international investors from APAC and the Middle East, creating an engaging and varied sales environment. Current sales performance remains strong, averaging 1-2 reservations per week, with approximately 100 homes remaining to be sold across the current phases and significant future inventory still to launch.

Package

Competitive basic salary dependent on experience, OTE circa £50,000‑£52,000 for Sales Consultant level, OTE up to £65,000 for Senior Sales Consultant level, 1 weekend off in every 3, long-term career development within a market-leading residential developer.
