We’re recruiting a Retirement Living Advisor for a beautiful new homes development in Stow-on-the-Wold, North Cotswolds, with an immediate start.
Why this role is worth a look:
- £115.00 per 10am- 5pm shift (£30,000 per annum)
- £2,500 commission per completed sale
- £1,500 per completed rental
- Additional £250 bonus per month for excellent CRM management
- 4-day working week: Saturday-Tuesday
- Full training and support provided
- Strong potential to become permanent
- No previous property experience required
You could come from estate agency, new homes, recruitment, automotive, telecoms, retail, hospitality or any strong customer-facing sales background.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, personable, empathetic and commercially minded - someone who enjoys building relationships and helping customers make an important decision.
You’ll be responsible for customer enquiries, viewings, follow-up, sales progression and maintaining the CRM, with excellent earning potential when you convert business.
The role is temporary initially while covering a long-term absence, but there is a genuine opportunity for this to develop into a permanent position.
Location: Stow-on-the-Wold, North Cotswolds
Hours: Saturday -Tuesday, 4 days per week
Start: ASAP
Contract: Temporary, with potential to become permanent
