We're looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Resident Services Host to be the welcoming face of our South West London community. Working as part of a dedicated on-site team, you'll cover 8am-8pm shifts and serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors - delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience while supporting leasing, administration, and day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, prospective tenants, and visitors with a professional, friendly manner.
- Support the leasing process - conducting viewings, handling enquiries, and preparing tenancy documentation.
- Manage resident queries, maintenance requests, and service issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Cover extended shift hours (8am-8pm), ensuring consistent service across the full day.
- Foster a positive community environment and build strong relationships with residents.
