Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Credit Controller to own the full credit control function for a residential property portfolio.
The role focuses on driving collections, reducing arrears and standardising the payment cycle across the portfolio.
You will manage the full collections cycle, issue notices for rent arrears, coordinate with bailiffs or solicitors as needed, and ensure accurate invoicing, reconciliations and reporting for stakeholders.
