What you'll be doing (day-to-day):
- Managing property operations, admin, and reporting.
- Handling invoicing, quotes, and reconciliations.
- Carrying out property inspections (reports, photos, uploads).
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors, and suppliers.
- Supporting high-end clients and ad-hoc requests.
- Keeping everything organised, accurate, and moving.
Requirements:
- Experience in property management, property operations, or residential services.
- Strong admin and financial accuracy (invoicing, tracking, reporting).
