Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee a prime and super prime residential portfolio of approximately 40 properties, including owner-occupier, AST, and short-term lets with rental values reaching up to £20,000 per week.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors, efficiently resolving issues while maintaining high property standards.
- Coordinate and carry out property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants.
- Manage deposits and handle any disputes with professionalism and fairness.
- Organise and oversee repairs, maintenance, and large-scale refurbishments, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations across the property portfolio.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalised solutions.
Requirements :
- Experience in residential property management, particularly ASTs.
- ARLA qualification or working towards it is highly desirable.
