Temporary Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant Staines-upon-Thames | Monday to Thursday or Monday to Friday | Up to £32,000 Pro Rata + Plot Commission

Are you an experienced property sales professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with excellent earning potential? We are seeking a Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant to support the sale of the final homes on a successful development in Staines-upon-Thames. With just 8 units remaining, this role is focused on driving reservations, progressing sales, and ensuring a smooth customer journey through to completion. This is a temporary position that will continue until all remaining homes have been sold and completed, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced new homes professional seeking flexibility and a short-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion.
  • Conduct viewings and showcase the development to prospective purchasers.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Work proactively to secure sales on the final remaining units.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within property sales, ideally new homes sales.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of converting enquiries into reservations.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain momentum on a near-complete development.
Package
  • Up to £32,000 pro rata basic salary.
  • Attractive plot commission structure.
  • Flexible part-time working pattern (Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday).
  • Temporary contract running until the final homes are sold and completed.
