Are you an experienced property sales professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with excellent earning potential? We are seeking a Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant to support the sale of the final homes on a successful development in Staines-upon-Thames. With just 8 units remaining, this role is focused on driving reservations, progressing sales, and ensuring a smooth customer journey through to completion. This is a temporary position that will continue until all remaining homes have been sold and completed, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced new homes professional seeking flexibility and a short-term assignment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion.
- Conduct viewings and showcase the development to prospective purchasers.
- Generate and follow up on leads to maximise sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Work proactively to secure sales on the final remaining units.
- Previous experience within property sales, ideally new homes sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of converting enquiries into reservations.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain momentum on a near-complete development.
