Job Description:

We\’re currently recruiting on behalf of a leading housebuilder for a Sales Consultant to join their team at an exciting new development in Codicote. With the showhome launching this weekend, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning.

The scheme consists of approx. 60 private units, with just 3 sold to date – making this a genuine chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of a brand-new launch.

While previous new homes experience is preferred, we\’re also very open to candidates from lettings or estate agency backgrounds who can demonstrate:

Strong sales ability

Energy, enthusiasm, and drive

A willingness to learn and grow

You\’ll need to be confident, personable, and able to build rapport quickly. We\’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills who isn\’t set in their ways – this role will suit someone ready to take on a new challenge and make a real impact.

Key Details:
Role: Sales Consultant
Location: Codicote
Start Date: Targeting August
Showhome Launch: This weekend

Working Pattern:

5 days/week

Fixed days off: Wednesday & Thursday

1 full weekend off per month

Salary & Commission:

Commission: £450 per plot (paid on exchange)

25 days holiday + birthday off

Mileage only reimbursed if working across sites with business insurance
