A fantastic opportunity to join a flagship, high-performing development in Bishop's Stortford. This is a busy site with strong momentum - around 45 units remaining and another phase launching soon, so plenty of opportunity to get stuck in.
You will be joining a great, supportive team on a fast-paced scheme, ideal for someone who enjoys volume and wants to be part of an active, successful site.
The Role- Supporting the sale of new homes on a busy development
- Managing the customer journey from enquiry through to completion
- Working closely with buyers and stakeholders, with a strong focus on progression as deals move through
- Ideally someone with new homes or estate agency experience
- Experience in sales progression would be a big plus given the volume going through
- Proactive, organised, and confident dealing with customers
- 6-month temp role with strong potential to go permanent
- Day rate equivalent to c.£30k salary (same as current team member)
- No commission during the temp period (commission available if made permanent)
- Ideally working Thursday to Monday, but some flexibility on this
