We\'re working with a market-leading developer on an exciting new development in High Wycombe, and we\'re looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join their busy sales team on a temporary basis. This role is to support the site through its final sales phase, with several new projects in the pipeline - offering excellent exposure and the potential for future opportunities with one of the UK\'s most respected housebuilders.
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you\'ll play a vital part in delivering a first-class customer experience from enquiry to completion. You\'ll manage the customer journey, conduct viewings, qualify buyers, and support sales progression to ensure a smooth and professional process. New Homes Sales Consultant - High Wycombe
Ongoing Temporary Contract (Approx. 6 Months)
Up to £32,000 per annum (pro rata hourly rate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and qualify potential buyers, delivering a professional and engaging customer experience.
- Conduct show home tours and present the development to the highest standard.
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Liaise with solicitors, financial advisors, and build teams to progress sales efficiently.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting.
- Support the site team with administrative duties and sales centre presentation.
