Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant - Midhurst, West Sussex

Hours: Part time, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Pay: £15 per hour plus holiday pay, paid weekly every Friday

About the Role
Are you an experienced new homes sales professional looking for a better work-life balance without leaving the industry you love? We're working with a leading volume house builder to find a Part-Time Sales Consultant for their stunning development in Midhurst, West Sussex.
Working two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), you'll welcome prospective buyers to the development, showcase the homes, and guide customers through the sales journey from first visit to reservation. With a volume builder behind you, there's a steady flow of opportunity, plenty of support, and a real chance to make an impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors and delivering an outstanding customer experience in the sales office and show homes
- Presenting the development and homes with confidence and enthusiasm
- Qualifying buyers and understanding their needs, budgets, and timescales
- Progressing sales through to reservation and beyond, working closely with the wider sales team
- Managing viewings, appointments, and follow-up enquiries
- Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems
- Maintaining the presentation of the sales area and show homes
About You
- Previous property sales experience is essential, ideally within new homes
- Used to working full time in new homes sales and now looking for a part-time role that suits your lifestyle
- Confident, personable, and professional, with excellent communication skills
- Customer focused, organised, and comfortable working independently
- A proven ability to build rapport and close sales
- Knowledge of the new homes sales process, including Help to Buy-style schemes and part exchange, is an advantage
- Flexible, reliable, and available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
