Marketing Manager - 12-Month Maternity Cover
An exciting opportunity to join a growing, high-profile developer as Marketing Manager, working across a portfolio of premium developments and taking real ownership of marketing activity from start to finish.
This is a hands-on, varied role within a lean and collaborative marketing team, giving you the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and have genuine visibility across the business.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing marketing projects across a number of developments, with a broad remit covering:

End-to-end project marketing and campaign management

PR and corporate communications

Managing photoshoots and content

Event planning and delivery

Developing relevant stories and PR opportunities

Working with external agencies and stakeholders

Supporting pitches and new project activity

Visiting developments and attending meetings and events
About You
We're looking for a Marketing Manager with relevant property experience who understands the London market and can hit the ground running.
You'll be organised, commercially minded and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, lean team. Strong PR, communications and project management experience will be highly valued.
