The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing resident enquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinating resident move‑outs and deposit return processes
  • Supporting compliance administration including Right to Rent checks
  • Assisting with inspections, appointments, and contractor coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records and CRM systems
  • Supporting resident communication and service delivery
  • Occasionally visiting residential developments to support on‑site operations and resident relationships
  • Working alongside experienced Resident Services Managers and wider operational teams
