Are you a qualified accountant looking to step into a genuinely commercial finance role within a design led business at the top end of the London market?
I am working with a highly regarded ultra prime studio operating across architecture, interiors, and construction on some of the most exclusive residential projects in the capital.
The finance team is close knit, the CEO is engaged with the numbers, and the successful hire will have real visibility from day one.
This is a broad role covering month end, management accounts, and business partnering with project leads, with scope to shape reporting and add commercial value as the business continues to grow.
The setup is four days in the office with Fridays from home. The finance function runs on Xero.
- What you will be doing
- Owning the month end process and producing management accounts for review.
- Business partnering with project and studio leads, providing commentary and insight on performance.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
- Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership on ad hoc commercial analysis.
- What we are looking for
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong technical foundation.
- Experience in a project based or property adjacent environment is a real advantage.
- Confident using Xero, or comfortable picking it up quickly.
- Someone who enjoys being close to the detail and equally comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
