Role Overview

The Maintenance Technician will take responsibility for the day-to-day upkeep, presentation and safety of the apartment building and its communal areas. Assist with sourcing specialist contractors and negotiating value-for-money rates. Manage work permits and ensure compliance documentation is in place before works commence.
  • Apartment Turnarounds: Conduct pre-check-in and pre-check-out inspections. Carry out minor repairs, painting and redecoration to prepare apartments for new residents and minimise void time.
  • Resident Experience: Provide a warm, professional and customer-focused service to residents and visitors. Keep residents informed of maintenance progress and building updates. Meet agreed service-level targets for all maintenance tasks.
