We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a student accommodation provider, for a reliable and hands-on Handyman/Maintenance Operative to provide part-time cover on-site. This vacancy has arisen due to our client's regular maintenance team member being on long-term leave, and they are looking for someone to provide essential cover - particularly around peak reporting periods at the start and end of the week when students are most likely to report issues with their rooms. This is a general maintenance/handyman position focused on day-to-day repairs and site upkeep, rather than a senior or supervisory role, and would suit someone looking for flexible part-time work.
