The Role:
Day Concierge - A varied, people-focused role where you will:
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house service.
- Build warm, long-term relationships with residents.
- Support daily operations across luxury amenities (spa, gym, cinema, restaurant, lounges).
- Assist with IT queries and general troubleshooting.
- Manage bookings, enquiries, and resident requests.
- Carry out checks to ensure safety, security, and presentation.
- Assist with valet parking (driving licence required).

- Experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, concierge, guest services, or premium customer service.
- A polished, friendly, people-first approach.
