The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you\’ll play a key role in driving reservations, exchanges, and completions across our growing portfolio of homes. You\’ll be front-facing with buyers, guiding them from first enquiry through to keys in hand. Working closely with our experienced team, you\’ll need to demonstrate initiative, and be excited by both sales targets and customer service excellence.
What we\’re looking for:
Recent experience in property sales (min. 3-6 months).
Energetic, proactive, and confident working both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.
Sales-driven with clear evidence of hitting targets.
Knowledge of NHQB, able to read site and floor plans.
Someone who treats every lead like gold and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
