We are working exclusively with a highly regarded, five-star national housebuilder on an exciting opportunity at one of their standout developments near Luton, Bedfordshire - a stunning collection of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom energy-efficient homes set in a beautiful village location with excellent transport links and a thriving new community at its heart.
Following a restructure of the sales team, our client is looking to bring on board a talented Sales Consultant who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
The RoleBased on-site, you will be responsible for guiding buyers through their purchase journey from first visit to completion. With a target of 25 homes per year, this is a busy, active site and our client needs someone with the drive and confidence to perform from day one.
Package- Basic salary: £30,000
- Realistic OTE: £60,000-£67,000
- Top earners: up to £90,000
- 3% commission on extras | 2% on wardrobe and flooring packages
- Additional 3% bonus for exchanging within 45 days
- Extra commission for progressing cases
- Excellent pension scheme

- 1 in 4 weekends off
- Experienced in new homes or residential property sales
- Confident, proactive and ready to get stuck in immediately
- Comfortable on a busy, live construction site
