We're working with a well-established Housing Association in South London with a growing pipeline of Shared Ownership homes. They need someone who can step in and take ownership from day one. If you've worked in Shared Ownership, staircasing, or affordable housing sales, you'll know this isn't your typical sales role! This is about managing the full journey, from enquiry through to completion, keeping transactions moving, coordinating with solicitors, and making sure nothing stalls.
What you'll get:
- £36,000 - £41,000 salary
