About the Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Sales Consultant who speaks fluent Mandarin to join our growing team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven professional to capitalise on their language skills while building a lucrative career with excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within Mandarin-speaking markets
- Build and nurture strong client relationships across English and Mandarin-speaking territories
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through to closure
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiations in Mandarin and English
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide insights on market trends and client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Mandarin speaker (native or bilingual proficiency)
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
- Previous New Homes sales experience required
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities
- Self-starter with drive and ambition
- Understanding of Chinese business culture and practices is advantageous
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
