The Sales team operates at pace, and this role sits at the heart of that function.
The Role
This is a pivotal support role within a busy Sales team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate management of sales data, documentation, and reporting - underpinned by a strong secondary function providing PA support to the Sales Director. The role is circa 70% Sales Administration and 30% PA support. We're looking for someone who has strong experience in a sales admin or data heavy administrative role, is confident working with large datasets and multiple systems, takes real ownership of accuracy, and can work independently to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Administration - Primary Focus (c.70%)
- Accurately input and maintain all sales data within the in‑house CRM system
- Generate letters, reports, and documentation directly from system data
- Ensure all data is 100% accurate and fully verified before use or distribution
- Maintain plot trackers, pricing schedules, and reservation data across live developments
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports using Excel
- Process HR‑related administration (holiday, sickness, rota) and support team onboarding
- Liaise with site sales teams to collect and verify accurate information
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data, pricing, and plot status
- Monitor and manage the shared inbox, responding to internal and external enquiries
- Process cancellations and refunds
- Invoice checks and approvals - log and track all financial actions ensuring compliance
- Manage diary, meetings, and scheduling for the Sales Director
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Coordinate internal communications on behalf of the Sales Director
- Handle complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently
- Manage document approvals (DocuSign), invoices, and expenses for the sales team
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Demonstrable experience in a Sales Administration or data heavy administrative role
- Confident working with large datasets and multiple systems simultaneously
- Advanced Excel skills with a methodical, accurate approach to data
- Takes genuine ownership of accuracy and able to work independently without close supervision
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising across multiple departments and teams
Desirable
- Previous experience within house building, new homes, or property sales
- Experience using a CRM or property sales management system
- Experience generating reports and documentation directly from system data

Package & Benefits
- Salary: £36,000 per annum
- Hours: 9:00‑5:30, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week, one hour for lunch)
- Holiday: 25 days in year one, rising to 26 days in year two and 27 days in year three, plus bank holidays - please note that three days each year are reserved for the Christmas period
- Hybrid working: Up to 1‑2 days working from home per week following successful completion of probation; during the probationary and onboarding period, the expectation is to be in the office full time for training purposes. Please note this is a discretionary arrangement and not a contractual entitlement
- Pension: Enrolled into the company pension scheme from month three
- Private medical: On passing probation (three months), employees are invited to join the company medical scheme, with membership paid for by the employer
