A highly regarded and established property agency is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their Chelsea office on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
Joining a collaborative and busy team environment, this is a traditional Property Management role overseeing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 90-100 residential properties across Fulham, White City and surrounding areas. The portfolio includes a mix of houses, developments, and flats.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day property management
- Maintenance coordination and contractor management
- Property visits and inspections
- Deposit handling and tenancy administration
- Delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous Property Management experience within a reputable agency
- ARLA qualification preferred
- Experience managing high-end clients and portfolios
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- REAPIT experience advantageous
- A proactive, team-oriented and client-centric approach
This is a fully office-based role in Chelsea, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm.
