An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a leading developer on one of London's most high-profile riverside developments in Greenwich. We are looking for a polished, proactive and commercially driven individual who is confident selling a premium product and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The scheme offers high-end amenities and a strong lifestyle-led proposition, so this role would suit someone who genuinely believes in the value of luxury living and can confidently sell at higher price points.
The Role
- Selling luxury new homes on a landmark riverside development
- Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange
- Delivering a consultative and professional sales approach
- Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team
What We're Looking For
- Minimum two year previous New Homes sales experience essential
- Well-presented, switched on and highly motivated
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experienced selling premium homes in a competitive London market
Hours
- 5 days per week Monday – Friday: 9:30 am – 6 pm
- 1 in 2 Saturdays: 10 am – 5 pm
- No Sunday working
