Key responsibilities

  • Drive reservations, exchanges and completions to meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Identify and nurture leads, assessing buyer needs and financial suitability
  • Support customers from initial enquiry through to completion and key handover
  • Promote preferred mortgage and legal partners to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Handle reservation documentation, contracts and AML requirements accurately
  • Work closely with site and construction teams to coordinate completion readiness
  • Carry out property demonstrations and manage the handover process
  • Contribute to site launches, events and local marketing activity

Requirements

  • New homes sales experience is essential - agency experience on a new homes team is welcomed
  • A strong and consistent track record in sales performance
  • Solid understanding of the conveyancing process and key mortgage milestones
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Equally effective working independently or as part of a team
