We are recruiting on behalf of a renowned and rapidly growing housebuilder with an expanding portfolio of sites across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is going from strength to strength, with developments across North, West and East London.

We are looking for a Sales or Senior Sales Consultant to join an established on-site team. There is flexibility on level - the right candidate will be placed into the role and site that best suits their experience.

The Role:

  • On-site sales consultant position based across London
  • Guiding buyers through the full new homes purchasing journey
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to exchange

Salary:

  • Sales Consultant: £30,000 - £35,000 basic
  • Senior Sales Consultant: £35,000 - £40,000 basic
  • Commission: up to £36,000 on top (includes customer care bonus) - 100% paid on exchange

Working Pattern: Every weekend working, Tuesdays and Wednesdays off

About You:

  • Experience in new homes sales or residential real estate is ideal
  • Minimum 1 year's experience preferred, though strong candidates slightly under this will be considered
  • Confident, client-focused and target-driven
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills
