Work closely with a well-connected, hands-on manager. No micromanagement - you'll be trusted to take control.

Proper variety: property operations, client support, site visits. Clear growth as the portfolio scales.

What you'll be doing (day-to-day):

  • Managing property operations, admin, and reporting.
  • Handling invoicing, quotes, and reconciliations.
  • Carrying out property inspections (reports, photos, uploads).
  • Coordinating maintenance, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Supporting high-end clients and ad-hoc requests.
  • Keeping everything organised, accurate, and moving.

Requirements:

  • Experience in property management, property operations, or residential services.
  • Strong admin and financial accuracy (invoicing, tracking, reporting).
  • Someone proactive, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced, non-corporate environment.
