An award-winning housebuilder is seeking a Development Sales Executive to join their team on a new development in Brook Green. This is a sales negotiator role where you will work directly with the development sales lead, supporting the sales operation at this well-positioned location. Key responsibilities:
- Conduct viewings and present properties to prospective buyers with professionalism and product knowledge
- Negotiate sales and guide buyers through the purchasing process from initial enquiry to exchange
- Maintain the show home and sales suite to the highest presentation standards
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisers
- Manage enquiries through the CRM system and ensure accurate records
- Support the development sales lead in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buyer journey
- Report on sales activity and market feedback to inform pricing and marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales negotiator or similar property sales role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work weekends on a rota basis
- Confident using CRM systems and technology
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of the new homes market is advantageous
