A five-star rated housebuilder with an established presence across North London is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team. With a strong pipeline of sites and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is a business where motivated salespeople can genuinely thrive. Key responsibilities

  • Drive reservations, exchanges and completions to meet monthly targets
  • Identify and nurture leads, assessing buyer needs and financial suitability
  • Support customers from initial enquiry through to completion and key handover
  • Promote preferred mortgage and legal partners to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Handle reservation documentation, contracts and AML requirements accurately
  • Work closely with site and construction teams to coordinate completion readiness
  • Carry out property demonstrations and manage the handover process
  • Contribute to site launches, events and local marketing activity

Requirements

  • A proven sales background is essential
  • Experience in new homes or property sales is strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of the conveyancing process and key mortgage milestones
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Equally effective working independently or as part of a team
  • Professional and proactive approach with a commitment to five-star service delivery
