The Role

You’ll take ownership of a patch of residential developments across Acton, Southall, and Northolt, delivering both shared ownership and private sale units. This is a fast‑paced, high‑responsibility position suited to someone confident working independently across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new homes sales across multiple developments

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in new homes sales (Senior Sales Advisor level preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of shared ownership
  • Ability to manage multiple sites independently
  • Confident running the full sales cycle with minimal supervision

Package

  • £120 - £127 per day (+ holiday pay)
  • Equivalent to £31,000 - £33,000 basic
  • £4,000 performance bonus (OTE)

  • Monday to Friday + regular Saturday working (essential)
  • Time off in lieu for weekends
