To support this next stage, the company is seeking a Head of Finance to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and act as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This is a high-impact role offering genuine influence over financial strategy, reporting and operational decision-making.
The role involves leading financial operations across a growing multi-entity, multi-project platform, working closely with the CEO, development leadership and project teams.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with development and project teams to track costs, cashflow and performance across live schemes
- Contributing to long-term business planning and financial strategy
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Modelling
- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple projects and jurisdictions
- Maintaining oversight of cashflow and funding requirements as the pipeline expands
- Supporting financial modelling for new development opportunities and expansion into operational living assets, such as BTR, co-living, PBSA or senior living
- Systems, Process & Growth Support
- Driving improvements to financial systems, processes and internal controls as the business scales
- Overseeing and developing reporting frameworks suitable for a growing, investor-focused platform
- Liaising with external advisors including auditors, banks, tax specialists and funding partners
- Providing hands‐on support where required in a fast‐moving SME environment
About you: This role will suit a fully qualified accountant with experience in property development, real estate investment or a related sector, ideally within a growth‐stage or SME environment. You will bring strong technical capability alongside commercial awareness, and be comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, evolving business. Exposure to operational living asset classes – or a genuine interest in developing this expertise – will be highly beneficial.
What's on offer: A senior finance role within a growing, entrepreneurial real estate business, close collaboration with senior leadership and real influence over financial strategy and performance, exposure to UK and European markets and a diverse, expanding development pipeline, and clear scope for progression as the business scales and diversifies.
