Backed by two institutional investors with deep expertise in private rented housing, they own and manage well designed homes in desirable neighbourhoods with a commitment to exceptional resident care.
The Role
Reporting into a Development Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of numerous projects across the development portfolio, managing development partners and the consultant team, and successfully delivering units to the Lettings and Operations team. The role is based in Central London with regular site travel and flexible working offered.
Responsibilities
- Managing projects on-site from acquisition through to completion
- Monitoring project scope, time, and cost and reporting to key stakeholders
- Reviewing specifications at underwriting, acquisition, and delivery stages
- Processing stage payments in line with contracts
- Appointing and managing consultants including Employer's Agents and Clerks of Works
- Managing developer and EA relationships and performance
- Overseeing the handover process and ensuring compliance documentation is in order
- Working collaboratively across the business on ad hoc projects as required
