We're looking for a highly organised, people-first Lettings Administrator to join our busy residential team. This is a varied, fast-paced role with real ownership - you'll be the engine behind a smooth lettings operation, keeping every detail in order while delivering an exceptional experience to residents and applicants at every touchpoint. What you'll be doing:

  • Handling a high volume of lettings enquiries by phone, email and in person - converting leads into viewings and viewings into lets
  • Conducting property viewings and representing the brand to prospective tenants
  • Processing resident applications end-to-end: referencing, credit checks, ID verification, and tenancy setup
  • Managing deposit protection registrations and releases with precision
  • Preparing and coordinating check-in/check-out reports and supporting move-in and move-out processes
  • Chasing and recording rent collection; monitoring arrears and flagging bad debt
  • Maintaining accurate records across Yardi (or equivalent PMS) and producing operational reports
  • Keeping listing platforms up to date - Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market and others
  • Supporting market surveys, competitor analysis and open house events
  • Assisting with scheduled flat inspections, H&S compliance checks and reactive maintenance coordination
  • Being the go-to point of contact for resident queries - resolving issues within 24 hours wherever possible

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year's experience in residential lettings, student accommodation, hospitality or a similar environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail - you spot the error before it becomes a problem
  • A genuine love of talking to people; you're confident, warm and professional whether face to face, on the phone or in writing
  • Strong administrative ability - you can manage multiple processes simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable with property management software and MS Office; Yardi experience is a bonus
  • Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset - you understand what occupancy and retention mean for the business
  • Flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays
  • ARLA membership is desirable but not essential
