As a Reservations Host, you will play a key role in the success of our Short Stay offering for members booking stays of 7-28 nights. This is a dynamic, multifaceted role ideal for someone who thrives on providing exceptional service, takes pride in their organisational skills, and is aligned with our values of integrity, care, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a residential, hotel or co-living building or similar hospitality business.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisational ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident with computer-based systems and online platforms.
